Please be aware that custom orders and last-minute cancellations do not qualify for a refund, in cases where deposits of which can be up to 50% of your contracted agreement goods cost. Deposits for renting event equipment and resources, as well as any extra costs for damages caused by the hirer, will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit and can lead to additional fees and legal expenses to recover the total loss incurred by Balloons and More.If payment is not made within 28 days or according to an established payment plan, further debt collection actions may be taken. Please be aware that this could negatively impact your credit rating.
