Refund Policy for Balloons and More Premium Party Planners UK:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your event to discuss a resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms agreed upon at booking or sale of goods. Please be aware that custom orders and last-minute cancellations do not qualify for a refund, in cases where deposits of which can be up to 50% of your contracted agreement goods cost. Upon cancellation of an event booking, any deposit fee paid is non-refundable for all event reservations. If you are on a payment plan anything above will be refunded if cancellation takes place 90 days before your event date.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at your earliest convenience. While the deposit is non-refundable, we offer the possibility of rescheduling your event to a later date, subject to availability, without incurring additional charges. Deposits for renting event equipment and resources, as well as any extra costs for damages caused by the hirer, will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit and can lead to additional fees and legal expenses to recover the total loss incurred by Balloons and More.If payment is not made within 28 days or according to an established payment plan, further debt collection actions may be taken. Please be aware that this could negatively impact your credit rating.
